Service & Repair — We Service What We Sell
Our commitment to our customers doesn’t end when equipment is delivered.
AERO provides paid on-site GSE service and repair, with factory-trained technicians available for maintenance, inspections, troubleshooting and repairs. Our service capabilities are supported by the broader ALVEST service infrastructure, providing access to technical expertise, spare parts resources and support around the world.
For AERO OEM equipment, customers can also send equipment to our Boise, Idaho repair facility for professional diagnosis and repair. Whether support is needed in the field or at our shop, our objective is to help customers maximize equipment uptime, extend service life and protect their GSE investment.
We don’t sell used GSE. Our focus is on supplying new equipment and providing the parts, technical support and repair services necessary to keep our customers’ equipment operating reliably.
Parts, Supplies & Ramp Safety Equipment
Keeping GSE operational requires more than the equipment itself. AERO maintains an extensive selection of replacement parts, aircraft servicing components, consumables and ramp safety products for AERO OEM equipment and many other GSE brands.
Our offering includes towbar and towbar-head components, shear pins and ball-lock pins, oxygen and nitrogen servicing adapters, GPU cables, connectors and plugs, lavatory and potable water hoses and couplers, air-start and PCA hoses, towing accessories and many other GSE components.
We also supply ramp safety equipment including wheel chocks, marshalling equipment, safety products and other everyday items required for safe aircraft ground operations.
Through the ALVEST organization, customers also benefit from worldwide spare-parts resources and a global support network.
