Designed to serve aircraft bulk cargo doors across a wide range of sill heights, including the lowest in the industry, the NBL Series combines heavy-duty construction with efficient operating systems to support dependable performance, low maintenance requirements, and user-friendly operation, optimizing total cost of ownership. Electric and hybrid models feature AC motors, while the fully electric model provides zero-emission operation at the point of use.
Operator and aircraft protection are central to the design. The Aircraft Safe Docking (ASD) system helps secure the approach to the aircraft, with customization options including ASD “no touch” technology, adaptable handrails, front bumper configurations, controls, vehicle tracking, and remote troubleshooting.
An ergonomic layout provides excellent visibility, intuitive control panels, and convenient access to key components for maintenance. Rear access steps, handrails, and a stable walking surface support quick, safe access to the aircraft, helping ground crews work confidently and efficiently throughout every shift.
