Following the theme of Derek's last post on winter aircraft tractor traction tips, we decided to post this video of an Eagle eTT-12 AWD tug pulling a Gulfstream G450 in to a hangar across a sheet of ice. This video was shot by our team on the ramp at Love Field in Dallas during the 2011 Super Bowl.
The FBO's 2 wheel drive, towbarless Lektro tug attempted to tow the aircraft across the ice, but failed. The ice rendered the Lektro inoperable. The eTT-
