With a galvanized steel chassis, pivoting tow assembly, full-color touchscreen, and toolless access panels, the HPU-4 bridges high performance and field-tested durability. It supports regional, narrowbody, and widebody aircraft—including AMM-approved service for B737-NG and B737-MAX platforms.
“The best reaction we got in the booth was someone walking up, taking one look, and saying, ‘Finally,’” said Pete Johnson, Director of Sales and Service at AERO Specialties. “Techs want gear that works with them—not against them. That’s what this is. Every bell and whistle on this unit has a purpose.”

Demonstrations at MRO Americas gave maintenance crews a first-hand look at the unit’s ease of operation and diagnostic capabilities. Visitors were invited to test its digital interface, examine its safety features, and simulate real-time maintenance checks.
