TKS30E Fluid Service Cart

The TKS30E Fluid Service Cart is a self-contained mobile cart designed for delivering de-icing fluid to commercial,
corporate, and business aircraft. The TKS30E tank is made of 12-gauge stainless steel. The pumping system
consists of a 12-volt electric pump. The TKS30E fluid cart includes all required hoses and fittings to service any
applicable aircraft. It is designed for towing by hand only.

Major Components
Chassis
The chassis is constructed of stainless steel welded directly to the tank. The TKS30E uses two solid wheels on
a rear axle with a swivel caster at the front of the cart to improve portability required for the extra weight of
the battery and charger.

Tank Assemblies
The 30-gal fluid tank is constructed of 12-gauge stainless steel. All tanks are fitted with 1) a threaded fitting
for either a _” fill adapter or level gauge (optional items) 2) a stainless steel-screened dome vent 3) a 3-in.
PVC threaded plug for the fill port and 4) a threaded tank bottom drain.
NOTE: Check with your local regulatory agencies regarding standards and requirements for storing and
processing TKS fluid.

Pumping System
The TKS30E features a 12-volt, 4.5 gallons-per-minute electric pump system. An on-board 12-volt battery and
charger are located on the front stainless steel shelves of the tank. The fill hose features a plug attached to a
lanyard to prevent leaking when not in use. An in-line digital flow meter is included for monitoring the volume
of fluid pumped.
