AERO Specialties 92112 Dual-Level Aircraft Fueling Stand

AERO Specialties fueling stands are designed to allow safe refueling on a wide range of aircraft. These stands are built utilizing structural aluminum for durability in all climates while allowing for light overall weight for ground handling.

The model 92112 is designed to handle all but the widest body aircraft. When equipped with our single fuel lift (up to 450 gallons per minute [1,703 liters per minute]) or the added secondary fuel lift (which doubles the delivery rate), you can quickly and efficiently handle these aircraft.

This fuel lift eliminates the dangerous job of climbing a stairway while handling a heavy and awkward 3” fueling hose. These stands only use top-quality, certified fuel handling components. Certifications and test procedures and approvals are included at delivery.

AERO Specialties fueling stands are designed for versatile aircraft refueling in tight spaces. With our dual-level platform fueling ladders, you will be able to access and refuel your equipment quickly and comfortably while remaining safe. The fuel pump allows you to refuel quickly at speeds up to 450 gallons per minute (1,703 liters per minute). Various connection options are available, such as our bottom-mounted hose attachment (which allows you to connect the refueling hose to the bottom of the ladder). The included lever-activated brakes provide extra safety when refueling your aircraft.

With platform heights of 92″ (2.34m) and 112″ (2.84m), the model 92112 stand features a dual-platform design – the fold-down upper platform can be deployed to increase the working height and can be easily stowed when not in use. The fuel pump is rated at 450 GPM (1,703 LPM) and includes a surge suppressor, nozzle pressure gauge, 10-foot (3.05m) EI 1529 rated hose and Cla-Val nozzle. This platform is suitable for servicing aircraft such as the Boeing B757-200/300, B767 200/200ER/300/300ER/400ER, L1011 Tri-Star, DC-10, and MD-11.

The aluminum construction results in a lightweight stand that is corrosion resistant – unlike steel stands, which are heavy and rust easily. These units can be disassembled to ship inside of normal sea containers and easily reassembled upon delivery, making shipping much simpler than other fueling stands.

  • Includes surge suppressor, nozzle, pressure gauge, bottom load fittings & El1529 rated hose (10′ x 2.5″ [3.04m x 6.35cm]).
